Ice Slide Rules:
• You must be at least 42” tall/107cm and be able to carry your own tube up the ramp unassisted to ride this ride.
• Small tubes only accommodate riders between 42"/107cm and 52"/132cm tall. Riders taller than 52"/132cm MUST ride in a large tube.
• Riders MUST be able to independently support themselves in the tube during the ride experience and maintain proper riding position.
• Riders are limited to 1 rider per tube.
• This attraction has no weight requirement.
• Guests should not ride this ride if they have any sort of back problem, neck problem, heart conditions, are pregnant, have had recent surgery, or have any other physical conditions that might result in injury.
• Riders MUST be able to transfer to the ride tube with assistance from another member of their party. Attraction Attendants may not assist.
• All spectators and participants assume all inherent risks while participating.
• Patrons participate in this activity at their own risk.
• A ticket and venue issued wristband is required to enter the ice slide attraction and queue area. In accepting admission wristband, rider agrees to an Assumption of Risk/Release which is printed on the wristband itself.
• Wristbands are non-transferable.
• Unlimited same-day slide rides are included on purchased ticket date, as long as rider keeps their wristband on and continually follows all Ice Slide Rules.
• Wristbands are required to be worn for re-entry.
• Wristbands are void once removed and will not be replaced.
• Non-ticketed guests are NOT permitted in the attraction and queue area.
• Patrons must follow all announcements by the venue attendants and the directions of the venue staff. Instructions and directives must be obeyed at all times during the loading, queuing and exiting process. Do not walk on the ice unattended.
• No one is permitted to walk on the ice, ice slide or deceleration area period.
• All riders must ride in a sitting position, facing forward, with their ankles crossed and each hand grasping the appropriate handle until they come to a complete stop.
• All tubes are for single riders only. Doubles and/or parents holding children on their lap allowed while participating on the slide are not allowed.
• All patrons must keep all arms and legs inside the ice slide ride tube at all times.
• All riders should hold both tube handles and should continue to hold onto the handles until they come to a complete stop.
• Riders should not begin ride until the deceleration area is completely clear of patrons and the attendant instructs them it’s okay to begin ride.
• No camera or phone usage my take place during the ride or loading process.
• Riders should take no action that endangers themselves or other guests.
• While on waiting on the stairs and/or ramp, riders should keep all hands, feet, and their sled/tube from between the railings. Hold handrails for safety.
• At the termination of the ride, all riders should exit immediately from track and exit area handing their sled/tube to the next employee/person in line for the ride.
• Eating, drinking and smoking are not permitted while participating and/or waiting to enter/exit the ride. No riders which have consumed alcohol are permitted to ride.
• Ride attendants have the right to refuse access to patrons if they determine that any of the rules have been violated. Staff my interrupt, stop or cancel the ride at any time.
• Secure all personal belongings; venue is not responsible for lost or broken items.
• Please report any incident, accident or injury to venue staff immediately.
• No profane language, obscene or indecent clothing is allowed.
• Any person who violates these rules assumes all risk.

Additional Important Information:
• All riders must accept an “Assumption of Risk/Release” which is printed on admission wristbands.
• Tickets are non-refundable. Additional fees for parking are not included in admission and charges will apply. Optional ticket insurance is available.
• Valid for unlimited rides down the hill day of ticket purchase.
• Wait times may apply based on volume of guests enjoying the attraction.
• Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• All riders tall enough are required to purchase a ticket. Rides are not transferable.
• All Guests wanting to join the attraction queue must have a valid ticket to enter.
• Attraction tickets will be validated at the turnstile prior to entry of the queue.
• All Guests without admission tickets will be denied entry to the attraction queue.
• Our resort is cashless throughout your experience.
